Roy joined L1H in August 2022 as Partner and is located in the US. He has been working with the L1H team for the last year, first as a consultant, then as President and Chief Operating Officer of Destination Pet where he was key to bringing operational discipline to the business and broadening its service offering. Roy has a tremendous breadth of operating experience. Most recently he was the founder and CEO of Babelbark, a digital pet care company, that he sold to Trupanion. Prior to that, Roy was an operating executive at Gridpoint and Converse Technologies. Earlier in his career, Roy served as captain in the Israeli Defense Force. Roy will continue to support Destination Pet as well as key operational and digital initiatives across our portfolio.
