Lukas is an Associate at L1 Health, based in the Luxembourg office. He is responsible for the execution of new investment opportunities and supports value creation projects for portfolio companies. He has been involved in a number of transactions, including the bolt-on transaction of Pet Palace at Destination Pet and the debt restructuring of Ascendis Health that resulted in the acquisition of Remedica and Sun Wave Pharma. Moreover, he is the Secretary of the Board at Destination Pet.
Lukas joined L1 Health in 2021. Prior to that, he gained experience in Investment Banking and Private Equity, including JP Morgan, Rothschild and Cinven.
Lukas received an MA in Accounting and Finance from the University of St Gallen and a BSc in Business, Economics and Social Sciences from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
