Jos White (Partner at Notion Capital)
Previously co-founder of MessageLabs, Jos White is an entrepreneur turned investor and currently serves as a General Partner at Notion Capital, a venture capital firm focused on B2B SaaS/cloud sectors that he co-founded in 2009. Notion now has more than $300m in funds under management and a portfolio of more than forty companies.
Before Notion Capital, Jos co-founded and built three businesses – RBR Networks, Star and MessageLabs. Star was one of the UK’s first ISP’s and was acquired by Claranet for $88m. MessageLabs, founded in 2000, was the first company in the world to deliver anti-virus and anti-spam in the cloud. In 2008, MessageLabs was acquired by Symantec for $700m, a landmark transaction in the emerging SaaS sector. Jos served as Chief Marketing Officer at each of these companies and was the President of MessageLabs, Americas.
Jos holds a BA honours degree in English Literature from London University and Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Stowe School.
